Credits are the currency you use to enroll in courses on Helix. 10 credits = 1 EUR. When you enroll in a course, credits are deducted from your wallet based on the tier, format, and any extras you select.
No. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account indefinitely. Use them at your own pace. No expiration dates, no time pressure.
Discounts are applied automatically based on the total number of credits in your purchase: 1% off for 100-499 credits, 3% off for 500-999 credits, and 8% off for 1,000+ credits. The base rate is 0.10 EUR per credit before discounts.
You can purchase additional credits at any time from the Pricing page or your Wallet. Your course progress is saved, and you can continue immediately after adding credits.
If credits were purchased within the last 14 days and have not been used, you can request a full refund. Partially used credits are refunded proportionally. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
